Frank Hazard was Jamison Lane's partner for a few months before retiring to Junker Row.
He has since come out with a list of ideas and projects currently in the works.(Damarshal's Note-I'll put up the specs for these devices when Adam gives them to me)
SmartScope 1000: Pair of goggles with nightvision, supernatural sight, and x-ray.
Plasma Shotgun Modification: Increases shotgun damage to 3d10, ROF to 3, and adds
ammo-generating ability
Exo-suit: Provides wearer with 4d12 Strength and a Pace of 20. Man sized.
Ghoststorm BigBoom Shotgun: Spirit Weapon. 5d12 damage, BR 10, Range 50. Fired
as shotgun. Generates own ammo.
Blast Gloves: RI 5, Damage 3d10, Spirit Energy (selector switch), AP 3, generates own
ammo. Connected to fanny pack battery.
Battery converter: Small device that changes electricity from any size battery to G-rays
for a spirit battery.
Skinsuit Armor. AV 3. Super lightweight. Heat sheilded, adds to sneak, rad shielded.
SpaceJumper Teleportation Belt: Allows teleporting to anywhere within 500 yards and LOS.
Superblaster: Charges normal ammo with energy to make them do more damage.
Disabler: Fires an "EMP bubble" that temporarily disables any electronic system. Range and Time compared to Doomsayer's miracle.
Plasma Cannon: Vehicle plasma weapon. 8d12 Damage, RI 50, BR 10.
Super HUD: HUD display with supernatural sight
Modified G-ray Collector: Can absorb supernatural radiation and use it to charge batteries or power devices.
G- Ray Beamer: Works like the above device, except requires a huge amount of energy as it beams the collected energy to a G- Ray collector somewhere else.
Ghost Rock Detector: Senses the supernatural emanations of ghost rock within 1 mile and acts as a tracker.
Jump Boots: Can jump up to 10 yards vertically or 20 yards horizontally as a SPD 1 action.
Fuel To Spirit Converter: Converts an engine to run off spirit batteries as opposed to fuel. 1 gallon of fuel=5 G-rays
Irradiator: Large gun that bombards a chunk of ghost rock with supernatural energy and
fires a blast of radiation. 1 oz = 5 shots. Requires a Vigor check or gain a random mutation.
Fireballer: Fires small baseballs of energy that explodes in a 5 yd radius on impact.
